I would second the idea for CEN Library as a possible venue. It 's central location within the city is convenient - with two hours free parking I attend there regularly the first Saturday each month for the Science Fiction London Club. By some arrangement we don't pay a rental fee - which is considerable. We might even persuade them to switch over from PCs in their learning lab !
