[muglo] Re: printing from Mac Mail

Following up:
Most emails print out perfectly but some [and now I'm stuck on one]
do not.
I have the actual email open and have clicked print and it only print
the material above the line as well as showing the attachments. Same
goes for print preview - it only shows the info above the line.
