Are you expecting the documents to print without opening them? That
works with PDFs and jpgs but .doc files don't open inside the mail
browser window and so won't print. Do you have the new version of MS
Word it is the program that produces these documents. If you don't
have Word Pages will open docx files but can't save in that format, at
least version 08 couldn't maybe 09 can.
