Agreed Doug. The Techie was very helpful & knowledgeable about what  
to set up where,
but in the end he said the remote is faulty, go to a local store &  
they will
replace it. Good job Marg (wife) is a good chauffeur as I can't drive  
yet & this was
weeks ago!
