In addition to what has already been said, make certain that chapter
numbers and titles in the text remain there and that they are protected
from the infamous BookShare stripper.
One of the tragedies of BookShare is that many otherwise well prepared
books lose their value to some users as chapter titles and page numbers
disappear.
It's hard to begin reading in Chapter 4 if you cannot find Chapter 4 or
the end of Chapter 3 <smile>!!
