If the headers in the book are really that consistent, do not contain
errors, and have a blank line between them and the main text of the page,
it will almost certainly be processed correctly by the stripper. That
would mean that you don't have to do anything to the headers if you don't
want to. If the header lines were inconsistent you would want to either
fix them or remove all but the page number. If the headers were going to
stay in the book, which no one would really appreciate in this case, you
would want them to be immediately after the pagebreak, but for the purposes
of the bookshare system right now that is unnecessary. You must make sure
there is a blank line, I.E. two return characters, after the header line to
separate it from the main text of the page, however.
I don't know that the book processing program can tell the difference
between a new paragraph and a continuation of one from the previous page,
especially in a text file where there is no paragraph formatting
information only new line characters to signify new paragraphs. I'm sure
that is not something to worry about, though.
