I have always has success burning "multisessions" with Toast > from O/S 8.6 up. To be specific -- it's actually Toast 5.2 and up that are fat binaries. You should be able to download the updater from Roxio at: <http://www.roxio.com/en/support/toast/software_updatesv5.jhtml> It works with OS X 10.3 (I'm still using Toast 5.2 ;-). No idea if it'll work with OS X 10.4.
