With incremental back-up do you mean a specific software setting or
ISO 9660? If you're using the ISO9660 with an open disk you need to
"import" the previous session to get it to recognise the files already
burned to disk (of course, this is a manual back-up).

If it's incremental back-up as in a real back-up programme... I don't
know about that one.
