Hopefully not as it's under warranty it's a very cheap keyboard my boyfriend
says it looks very shoddy. Oh well, a chance to practice touchbraille. I'm
quite sure the 'keyboard was simly an afterthought. For those of us who hate
touch screens, this is a real issue. I have never dropped this unit and for a
key to snap off that easily is disturbing. I wanted the unit because it was so
innovative but important to have a relible keboard although besides want to
constantly recalibrate I am managing ok. I do not like the vibrations but I
guess you need them to tell where you are.

i hope when I call they will just send me a new keyboard or I can just send in
the keyboard part. I guess and's still usable this way but tedious. I read
braille with both hands so I have to constantly get my hands back in position.

Yesterday I noticed my dot 2 key was acting quirky but it seemed toI
right itself. Today it snapped off. There's a little rubber thing that
also came off too. I am unable to use touchbraille due to dexterity
issues. I wonder how long it will take to get a replacement keyboard.
wonder if they will send one without charging me a bunch of money. Itfeel
was not my fault.
