Hey eden,
This ploblem happened to me with my bn. But I fixed it!
Thee only reason I'm sending this to the list is because it might
come in useful to anyone else:. Ok, have you still got that clip
under the key? If do, put that back on and then put the rubber
thing under the key, wiggle it around until it fits. Then use
your other hand to put the clip into the little slots in the
keyboard, then drop the key. You'll have to get use to having it
being stiff, but until your replacement comes, (if one does)
you'll have that to work with. I brang this solution up because
I saw you don't use touch braille at all, and I wanted to help.
IHTH.

Subject: [BNU] sad problem for me who can't use touchbraille
Yesterday I noticed my dot 2 key was acting quirky but it
seemed to right itself. Today it snapped off. There's a little
rubber thing that also came off too. I am unable to use
touchbraille due to dexterity issues. I wonder how long it will
take to get a replacement keyboard. I wonder if they will send
one without charging me a bunch of money. It was not my fault.
