You'll probably need a new carrying case, since the keys are
attached to it. Call HumanWare tomorrow as soon as you can, so
that you can have your problem solved quickly.

Subject: [BNU] sad problem for me who can't use touchbraille
Yesterday I noticed my dot 2 key was acting quirky but it
seemed to right itself. Today it snapped off. There's a little
rubber thing that also came off too. I am unable to use
touchbraille due to dexterity issues. I wonder how long it will
take to get a replacement keyboard. I wonder if they will send
one without charging me a bunch of money. It was not my fault.
