Hello,
I have a Braillenote apex bt 32. I ordered an extra charger from
Humanware to keep at my camper. On Friday evening, I plugged in
my apex at around 6:45 P.M. and at 11:00 it wasn't even above 50
percent. I had to jiggle the plug a little since it somehow came
loose. It ended up taking 14 hours to charge fully. It has
never taken this long. Therefore, could the charger be going bad
or could it be the battery itself? I don't have an extra battery.
Otherwise I would replace it and see what happens. Any possible
reasons why it took so long to charge? I can usually charge it in
about six to eight hours, sometimes less, so it seems strange
that it would take 14 hours now. I look forward to hearing from
you.
