I've considered other approaches.

You could use low melting metal wire (Bismuth used for fully metal vacuum sealing ) to define the channels.
electroplate and then melt out the "lost wires".
( any conductive wax around that produces a low viscosity fluid on heating up? )

on another track:
fine tubing is easily available.
Then coate via: https://www.castolin.com/Coating-Equipment/
metal powder "spray on" or a comparable process.
