Hello,
Being new to the group, I don't understand exactly what videoTIM or P2Td
are, bu I think they both involve some type of software, and therefore
interpretation of the characters.
I think the great advantage of the Optacon on any other reading tool is
just the fact that it doesn't interpret characters. That's what makes it so
flexible and complete, in my view.
I'm still fighting with the impossibility to read Russian and Hebrew on my
braille display, because no scren reader supports these alphabets... My
Optacon doesn't have these problems, but I suffer for not being able to
visit Hebrew and Russian websites..
Window Bridge used to support both, but it didn't work perfectly with
either, and it's no longer updated, anyway...
