Yes Ilbert, some time ago I copied an audio tape onto a CD. The tape was read from a Walkman player into the computer (with or without iMic). This was read by a free OS X program called Audacity which produced a file which could be loaded into iTunes from which a CD was burnt !! Messy but it worked!!! Can't help re record player though I remember some time ago Sears advertised a player which could play records as well as tapes - can't remember make or price? All the best Paul On Aug 26, 2005, at 10:23 AM, Ilbert Walker wrote: > There's probably something about this in the archives ? > But can someone (Paul ?) explain simply how I can transfer old LPs or > old audio tapes into iTunes nor onto CDs?
