One big snag: make sure you have a source of rocket-grade peroxide (85%
or better) -- somebody who will actually ship it to *you* in particular,
not somebody (like FMC) who in practice ships only to big companies and
big government agencies. Concentrating it yourself is a nuisance even for
liter quantities, and becomes a major hassle if you start needing it in
serious quantity.
