To my eye, the eyering is split and there is dark smudging anterior to the
eye, ruling out Connecticut. Also the primary projection appears to be
short, giving the bird a long-tailed look which is also inconsistent with
Connecticut. I think this is a pretty good candidate for MacGillivrays'
... though I could be wrong.
