All,
I shared photos that Joe took with Jay packer and in turn he also consulted
with Eric carpenter and a few others. The consensus is female MacGillivarys
warbler.

the field guides and photos taken. The eye ring is mostly complete, unlike
the arcs of the MacGillivray’s Warbler. The eye ring is not as bold as the
Connecticut and the underside yellow is brighter than the Connecticut’s.
Also, the under tail coverts do not seem as long as Connecticut’s. So, I
agree with Joe’s assessment of a female Mourning Warbler.
