Joe,

Think this is a female MacGillivray’s. Yes First close photo shows a fairly
complete eye ring but I think this is an artifact of a long lens and your
photography skills. As the second photo shows a more characteristic broken
eye ring. Most field guides are made from what birders see with out the
benefit of really good photography. Also compare the feet. From my
limited experience with mourning warbler the feet are “dirtier” and
MacGillivarys are clean pale/pinkish. Hopefully someone with more Mourning
warbler experience will weigh in. Will still head that way to check it out.
