P.S. in my word files the column breaks show up in normal view kind of like a
page break, so it isn't showing two columns on one page unless you switch to
page or reading view.
Wild Irish Roses was submitted with columns in the index. I don't know if
Lissi changed them or not, but if she left them, you could download that to see
how the index came through the conversion process.
