Here is an angle I don't remember seeing.  These books are large print.  So
maybe this submitter reads them from the paperbacks and not from the scanned
material.  She may have some type of magnifier.

I have to be honest, I haven't downloaded too many books by this submitter.
But I think that's accurate.  I don't think the default rating has been
changed... that't not to say that many of these submissions don't deserve
this rating.  But I don't think they all do.  But I don't think this
submitter changes the default rating because she also doesn't select
categories or fill out any synopsis information.
