Yes, I did hear about the VideoTIM.  One of the list members sent a link a few 
days ago to the list regarding it.  It does indeed seem more like a true 
Optacon 
substitute.  I believe you can read with it as well as feel a tactile image of 
pictures.  It does sound very interesting.
