I agree, the p2rd falls short of being a replacement for the optacon.
Unless oleg's tactile display that he is supposed to be working
on works and feels like an optacon display,
I don't want one.
I would like to see the videotim myself.
unfortunately, I think the price is
a little high, the last time I heard
is was about $10,000.
hopefully it is lower now.

of the 2, I think the videotim is closer to being a
replacement for the optacon.
