Optacon and O&M

Hey, all. I wonder if the link between travel skills and Optacon use is in
the brain? I am a poor traveler and could not scan well or differentiate
letter shapes with the Optacon. This is not meant to be an excuse, I just
wonder if there is some deficiency in my brain's ability to handle the
above. I also heard that people with RLF, now called R.O.P., have trouble
with travel. Beth
