I've had no problems with Rogers since I went high speed two or three years
ago. I know they don't support Mac but I don't ask them to. It's Bell I'm
having the problem with. I went high speed with them for my computer at the
lake because, like I said, the closest TV outlet was downstairs.
  Anytime I've had problems with Rogers, and I've had very few, I've had no
problems getting help. It was the same for Bell until recently when I've had
a couple of small issues and every time I call I get somehow that, with my
limited knowledge of Urdu, I simply can't get through to. The last one
actually started lecturing me. Enough, I'm switching the second computer to
Rogers if I have to string a cable over three floors. And I'll consider
wireless. jim
