Starting last week I have been unable to access my email from a remote location. It seems to connect but refused to open. Then I noticed on the Symnpatico site while trying to figure it out that they've changed the system or something. They suggested downloading Firefox, which I attempted, to no avail. I have a G4 tower with outlook express.
