Well, here's the deal. If you have any serious questions that you simply can't
figure out, you post on this list and someone who can see locates the book and
then helps with the answer. Otherwise, you come to know by context what is
supposed to be there and what is not. The rest, as far as I can tell, is making
sure the book has its page breaks and page numbers, the heading of the chapter
or section, and blank lines at the beginning of the page or at the end if the
page numbers are there. Again, if you have questions about the book, talk about
it on this list.
