Pratik, I also do that, using the long synopsis t paste the book jacket in
and indicate it is from the book jacket. I put them at the end, just
because iI am lazy.

stare up the steps - we must step up the stairs.

I keep the book jacket information in the back. However, I use the
convenient long sinopsis field to paste the info in. This way, the user can
read the long sinopsis information prior to downloading the book. I also
indicate that the quote comes from the book jacket as well. Once that's
accomplished, it doesn't matter much if the book jacket is at the beginning
or end.

I used to place the book jacket info near the beginning for much the same
reason as outlined by Gary.
Eventually, I
followed the approach followed by Shelley and Jana and placing them at the
back end of the package.
My reasoning is that it serves as a notice, both to the reader and
validater, that the book is complete and over.
Both approaches make sense and it is probably 6 of one or half a dozen of
the other.
