Hi gang,
I always put the inside of the cover at the beginning of the book and
also add the back cover to it when it says continued on back
cover. That's what a sighted person would see first. In fact I was
told that by somebody that it should be done that way. I thought the
bookshare people might have a suggestion so they would all be
consistant. As far as knowing when a book is finished I think it's
usually quite obvious when it ends, but maybe not always.
