My neighbors three year old used to run down the street naked. Also used
to try and wander into other people's houses which was something less than
popular in the neighborhood. Every neighborhood has one family at least
from whom you can expect, shall we say, peculiar things. They seem
harmless though. I know what harmful is and it is probably not them.
