That sounds like a good idea--or maybe a different
browser. When I had the problem I mentioned with the
county library I could access it from DSl and dial up
but not cable. Also, when I was having a problem with
a particular email account using IE, --couldn't get it
to open--I cold access it with no problem from
netscape.
