If you find Turbo Braille or nfbtrans, you may be able to look at the translation tables and figure it out, however it isn't as simple as applying a few rules. There are lots of exceptions etc., and it takes a couple years of using a translator by a number of people to get it right. I know, I did it once, with Turbo Braille.
