Yes. First, look on google for nfbtrans. Even though it is a DOS program,
the translation tables are in plain text. I think the NLS has their
official Braille transcriber circulars online too. You could also try AFB
or APH. I'm sure there are other sources as well. I can send you the
translation tables from NFBTrans if you want to look. Write me off list if
interested.
