[optacon-l] open source and open design for the optacon

Ollie,
Excellent idea. Open source and open design would benefit the creation and
maintenance of a new optacon, I think.
Looks like there are at least four of us former IBM people on this list. The
optacon got me my job at IBM; I retired a few years ago, but the optacon was
very much a part of my life there, and I still use it every day.
