I'm a bit skeptical of the one-handed idea. With the current unit, you
need to keep one finger stationary over the display while you track the
camera with the other. If you were tracking with one hand, it might be
difficult to feel the display with say your middle finger while moving the
camera with the other fingers. But maybe someone came devise a workable
design.
