Keith,
It looks interesting. I'm searching the web, but the only thing I can 
find is an article, about 4 pages long, and for sale.
I am a member of the World Ebook Library, and I looked it up in there 
too. They have over 500.000 ebooks and documents, but nothing on this one.
Hopefully, as you say, Jim has got a copy...

Along these lines, would it be possible to find some sort of 
"repository" where we could all place the documents we find and wish 
to share on this topic?
Does Freelists provide this kind of space, as Yahoo or Googlegroups would?
