So many of us have reason to be grateful to John Linvill. The Optacon allowed me to work as a systems programmer here in France, without having to find any other kind of help. I'd had one on loan from the government when I worked in England, but when we moved to France, I missed it so much that we bought my one of my own. I still have it and another one, too. I always keep an Optacon close at hand because you never know when you're going to need it. I needed it to read a capcha the other day, and I've needed it to see what was going on on my iPhone when it couldn't read a screen. The Optacon is the one piece of specialised equipment I couldn't live without. cheers, Anne to view the list archives, go to: www.freelists.org/archives/optacon-l To unsubscribe at any time, just send a message to: optacon-l-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word "unsubscribe" (without the quotes) in the message subject.
