Yeah, we do, too.  But, we do have one working Optacon.  So, we won't be 
totally without an Optacon while these are gone.

Cindy, how frustrating that both you and Jerry have broken Optacons at the 
same time! I usually
call Richard when I have a problem first which seems in my experience to be 
best so I can give him a good
heads-up description on what's going on or more accurately what isn't going 
on with my
Optacon. Hope all this can be resolved very quickly for you!
