I am assuming that those who use programs in which page breaks don't
show up in .txt files, would see the page breaks once they had been
converted to .rtf?

I am perfectly willing to comply with the pagebreak issue, but an
issue that is just as important I feel is to hopefully resolve the
issue of chapter headings being stripped.
