Hi all,
Jackie, if it's FUBAR, then reject it. Remember that the rating is
only about spelling. If the formatting and the other stuff is FUBAR,
then, it needs to be rejected. Keep in your mind just exactly what
your adjective means, my friend. If it's, hmmm, "Beyond All
Recognition", then...
