Hi Paula:
When I change the page size in word, it says:
"one of the margins is set outside of the printable area." my two options are fix and ignore.
Thanks, Sarah. If I understand what you're saying, I should answer Yes
to the question about fixing margins, once I have reset the page length. Is
that correct?
Paula

If you aren't printing the pages, but validating for bookshare you would definitely choose the option that will let Word change the page size even though the page will be outside the printable margins. I state it that more confusing way because I forgot how the question is phrased, so I donn't remember if the correct answer is yes or no. I believe it is the default choice, though.
