If you aren't printing the pages, but validating for bookshare you would definitely choose the option that will let Word change the page size even though the page will be outside the printable margins. I state it that more confusing way because I forgot how the question is phrased, so I donn't remember if the correct answer is yes or no. I believe it is the default choice, though.

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Question about Page Setup in Word.

Several people on this list have explained how to go to Page Setup in
the Word File menu, and lengthen Paper Size, so Word doesn't put in unwanted
page breaks. My question is, when the prompt comes up about fixing margins,
do you answer Yes or No?

TIA,
Paula
