Satwest did an uplink to a satellite from a payload on the latest
suborbital UP Aerospace flight, but that is admittedly still quite a
bit lower than LEO and when I talked to them at NSRC it didn't sound
like the data rate was in the megabytes.
Still, I'm glad that someone finally did it, it's good to know that
there could be a commercial equivalent of TDRS for commercial
launchers and payloads.
