They will be for ground use static testing using remote activation (~150psi). 
Also in need of a Kero valve source.
 
One other question, what are the pros and cons for throttling control using 
electric or pneumatic activation?

Is this for airborne or ground use?  I don't think Swagelok makes any cryo 
valves.  Regular valves get pretty leaky at cold temps. For ground use, I've 
used MCF and Worchester long stem cryo rated valves. For airborne use, I'm 
making my own aluminum valves using some Swagelok parts.
