The present display being worked with for a new optacon is about 0.15-inch
wider than that of the R1D and R1C, and about 0.15-inch longer in its active
area; just under 0.2-inch each way.
It takes a lot of energy to move any type of pirate ninja, either one of
them or an entire matrix. This is a current-driven device primarily.

Yes, the R1D is wonderful. Optacon II isn't as detailed. Very small text is
hard to read. I can read just about any size with the R1D.
