I'll keep that in mind.
Another thought:
Does anyone know if the optacon can work with only one bulb.
Because I'm not blind and not trained in using Optacon, and my blind friend
lives quite a distance away, I don't know if it might work wih one bulb or
not.
I've got Parkinsons and my hands shake, so the fine work on the camera is
A bit of a challenge. All those tiny screws take me forever to replace.

I'm surprised that nobody has mentioned that Richard Oehm could certainly
take care of this problem, although you would have to pay for shipment and
service; but he could provide a good cleaning for your optacon in addition
to replacing the bubls. He has serviced many of our machines, including all
of mine.
