Optacon repair

Hello,
My name is Lerae Olesen, pronounced LaRay Olson. I am very glad to be joining
this email list. I realize that some of the questions or observations I might
bring up have probably already been discussed on this communication. I have
been an Optacon user since about 1976, until a couple of years ago when mine
quit altogether. It doesn't work at all. I'm wondering if there is someone out
there who would be able to look and see if it perhaps needs a battery. It's my
second Optacon, but it's like the old original model. If you would like to
