It was was nice to see you on this list.
I just had Richard replace the batteries on my R1D and clean the unit.
I agree with your senntiments about the quality of his work.
I also own the latest version of the Knfb Reader and while that is a
wonderful machine and very portable you can never replace an Optacon.
