I had two broken optacons and was contemplating throwing them in the trash 
as I believed they could no longer be serviced.  I put that action off 
because the optacon had been so important to me.

One morning at work, just out of the blue, a colleague mentioned that she 
was going to send her optacon to Richard Oehm for repair.  I told her about 
my optacons and she gave me Richard's information--thank you Linda!!

Without that chance comment, I might have thrown away my optacons before 
ever discovering this list.
