Fire away Theresa..... Always happy to help someone, and to welcome someone
new to the Mac family.
So do you have a Powerbook or an iBook? What are you trying to do with the
Mac that you're struggling with? With time, you'll find that the Mac is more
intuitive than Windows. Did you get the Mac new? If so, you should be
entitled to a free upgrade to "Panther" OS X 10.3, which will be faster.
